Simple Return is our pan-European return solution for the e-commerce market.

Simple Return offers online merchants and consumers the option of a free or paid return solution via a local post office or (in some countries) to a partner store.

Simple Return - paid

Consumers can benefit from an easy-to-use, free return solution that they can use at their convenience. Consumers who wish to return an item simply need to print and affix the label and then take it to the nearest post office. This service is free of charge for the consumer.

Simple Return - prepaid

Consumers can benefit from a user-friendly return solution that they can determine themselves. Consumers who wish to return the item simply need to print and affix the label and then take it to the nearest post office. There they will be asked to pay the postage for the return shipment to the local NEOS warehouse, and the additional costs for processing and return transport will be borne by the customer.

 

Scope: European Union; worldwide if the consumer completes customs clearance formalities.


Maximum weight and size: maximum weight is 15kg and maximum size is 60cmx40cmx40cm.

Tracking and tracing: Simple Return provides initial tracking data within three days of the shipment date. This allows shippers to refund European consumers very quickly and provide them with a great shopping experience. The speed of the return service is not relevant, as most of our customers only need a weekly or monthly return shipment. However, we have most European packages back within a week after the first return scan in our country of origin.
