Maximum weight and size: maximum weight is 30kg and maximum size is 60cmx40cmx40cm.

Coverage: the whole world. In Europe, we use alternative delivery services in combination with tracked postal services, including tracked registered mail services and EMS services in all major countries.

Shipping time: In Europe within 7 working days. Outside Europe within 14 business days.

Tracking and tracing: Postal tracking
Shippers and consumers can track the package until it arrives in the destination country. In international mail flows, parcels are not always scanned in all postal code areas due to limited scanning equipment or manual processes. Tracking reliability 80% (mail tracking).
